DAX becomes Souriau's first broadline supplier for MIL/Aero connectors - January 2005 DAX has signed an agreement with Souriau UK to distribute the French manufacturer's full line of Mil Aero connectors to the defence and aerospace industries in the UK. Souriau UK General Manager Peter Herbert says the agreement will provide substantial growth for the French manufacturer within this niche British market. "DAX can provide a nationwide service through its team of dedicated business managers supported by highly-trained support engineers and sales staff" he said. "We are reinforcing our distribution strategy for further expansion in the high-end UK connector market, where we see considerable potential for growth in the next few years." DAX MD Alan Buck commented: "Souriau is harnessing our 40 years of experience to penetrate the aerospace and defence industry with a view to designing their products to DAX's prestigious customer base."
